Should I get a rental car?

Yes! We recommend getting a rental car so you can explore all that Napa has to offer. It is very difficult to get an Uber in Napa and Napa is spread out over 30 miles. Private car services to and from the airport are available but a rental car will be easier.

What are the addresses of the welcome party and the wedding ceremony? 


The Welcome Party is located at Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch. Please head through the restaurant to the outside patio space.

All wedding events will take place at The Four Seasons Calistoga. Please enter through the hotel lobby and take the stairs or elevator down to the ground level.

Will transportation to the wedding be provided?

Yes! For those of you not staying at the Four Seasons, we will have a shuttle that picks up at Up Valley Inn Hotel.

What is the easiest way to get to and from your weekend venues?


We will be providing round trip shuttle services for both the Welcome Party and the Wedding Ceremony and Reception.


All hotels recommended are either the shuttle pick up locations or are located across the street from the shuttle picks ups so you can easily walk.


Ubers and taxis are extremely rare in the Napa valley region and often aren't available. If you do not plan on leveraging the shuttles we recommend getting a rental car or hiring a private driver.

Is there a dress code?


The dress code for the Welcome Party is cocktail.


The dress code for the Wedding Day is Formal. Ladies please wear your best long dresses and men please wear a suit and tie. No tuxedos necessary.


We kindly request that all guests dress to the theme of the night and wear solid jewel tone colors - blues, greens, purples, and deep pinks. Black, grey, and silver is ok as well. Please refrain from wearing any prints, patterns, and white.

Will the weekend events take place indoors or outdoors?


The Welcome Party will take place outside on a grass lawn. Heaters will be available if needed. We still recommend bringing a jacket as temperatures drop.


All events on Saturday April 5th will take place at the Four Seasons. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside on the turf lawn. Dinner and dancing will be located inside the ballroom.

What should we expect the weather to be in Napa during this time of year?


Daytime weather is typically 67-72 degrees and nighttime weather drops significantly down to 43-50 degrees Fahrenheit. Please check the weather before departing for the most up to date information!


We recommend packing a coat for the evening weather.

Are children allowed?

In order to allow all guests, including parents, a weekend of relaxation and fun we have chosen for our welcome party and wedding day to be an adult-only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the weekend off!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We hope you understand.
